Every semester we gather for social events with other organizations in the Fraternity and Sorority Life community. In the past we have been rock climbing with Kappa Sigma, grilled out with Pi Kappa Phi, went ice skating with Sigma Alpha Epsilon, hung out poolside with Omega Delta Phi, mini golfing with Delta Tau Delta, went to Jumpstreet with FIJI, and went to Top Golf with Chi Phi! We enjoy a variety of events every semester and always try to mix it up!
Tri Delta ends each academic year with a formal at a venue in Dallas to celebrate chapter accomplishments and individual successes of our members. Every member is invited to bring a guest and enjoy an evening of dancing, dinner and celebration.
You can find sisters both playing on the field and cheering on the sidelines during an intramurals game! Last semester we had a soccer team paired with Chi Phi and another soccer team paired with FIJI. We also participated in a volleyball tournament team with Pi Kappa Phi. In the past we’ve also participated in flag football, scooter board hockey, indoor volleyball, and basketball.
Fraternity and Sorority Life hosts Greek Week annually each spring. This week is an opportunity to showcase Greek pride to the University and to the local community. Teams are made up of varying chapters and compete throughout the week in different events for the championship. Events include trivia night, field day, Greek stroll, as well as an opportunity for service in the community. We were proud to stand with our team in 2013 and 2014, when we were awarded as Greek Week Champions!
